What is practicing death? Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Imagine and create that “last moments” emotion in your body. Yeah! you are dying in a couple of minutes. what would you think about?
Why I did that? To see what it really matters to me in my last moments and live the next 1 week based on what comes out of this practice.

could have relaxed more and taken a “lot of chill pills”.
could have taught your parents “How to be mentally strong to face any kind of situation in life?” (yeah! 4 years ago when I took a buddhism class, a whole chapter in the book was dedicated to “how to deal with death of loved ones?”)
P.S: It’s amazing and surprising to me “How little I care about other things?” and those were intense 5 minutes.
